In the last few years global warming has become such a big issue because of the increase of pollution. Global warming is a topic very discussed by scientist and his main effect is the raise of global temperature. This changes in global temperature can develop far-reaching effects on climate patterns. Many of this changes have already begun, such as more powerful hurricanes, droughts and bad air because of smog pollution.

Nowadays we can't make this problem disappear but we have the resources to try to reduce this problem. The easiest solution to try to reduce this problem would be to follow the three R's (reduce, recycle, reuse)and buying eco-friendly products because it's a thing that people from all ages can do and sometimes with this solution you can even save money. A second solution could be trying to reduce  exhaust fumes because they are the main cause of deterioration of the ozone layer and also are bas for human health. Another solution could be using renewable energies such as wind powers or solar powers which are probably the most effective solution.

In my opinion, global warming is a very serious issue that we can't ignore because this affects human beings and all living things. If we don't try to reduce this issue all those effects that have already begun will get worse.

I admire very much my aunt because we have a lot of things in common. We both like to travel and to learn new languages, she has been in a lot of places so she always has a story or an amazing experience to tell me. About her personality, she is very kind and funny and she loves reading books.

My aunt's characteristics are: she has straight blond long hair, and brown eyes like me. She has medium height and she is skinny. She also is very intelligent, actually she is in the University of Granada as a teacher. I don't see her very often but when she come to Alicante in holidays I love spending time with her.

It’s a mistake to think that campings  are a cheap type of tourism. Nowadays it is thought that only the people who go on holidays to campings go there because they don’t have enough money to stay in a hotel or in any other accommodation with a higher status.

In the last few years, campings have developed a lot and they are not like they used to be. The quality of them is better and, now they are as well considered as hotels. And the prices are similar or even more expensive. An example of these higher prices can be found when you want to buy a caravan, because some caravans can cost as much as a house.

Now campings are more expensive than they were before because they offer a lot of activities that you won’t find in any other accommodation. Go camping is a fantastic way to spend your holidays because you can be connected to nature at another level, and also they offer you  a big range of services such as restaurants, spa, swimming pool, summer cinema, thematic parties and also you can make new friends. There, there are activities for all ages, and campings even hire people to the children entertainment so parents can have a relaxing time.

As I see it, people don’t choose to stay in campings because they think it is cheaper, they go there because they want to enjoy a different way of being on holiday, closer to nature.

Nowadays fashion is an important aspect in our lives. It is something that we see every day, on the streets, on TV, shops, everywhere. Everyone cares about fashion, specially young people,  they  want to find their own style and they keep buying and changing their clothes  until they find it, and that is something good. But, is the youth obsessed with fashion?

To sum up  fashion has become in one of the most important things for the youth until the point that they get obsessed with that, and the youth should learn that fashion can be important for us  but there are more important things than that.

One of the biggest problems facing the world today is global warming. Many scientists believe that our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases is having a heating effect on the atmosphere, and this could be very dangerous for human life. 

Now we can’t make this problem disappear, but we have the resources to reduce the impact of this problem. In order to overcome these problems we can try to buy eco-friendly products and follow the three Rs (reduce, recycle, reuse) instead of buying stuff made by fossil fuels, that are being burned to extract, produce and ship products around the world, that is the easiest solution to reduce global warming. A second answer could be using renewable energies such as solar power, wind power and even using hybrid cars, because vehicles of transportation are the main source of exhaust fumes. The ozone layer helps to protect life on earth from the sun’s ultraviolet rays, and those exhaust fumes that come from cars contribute to ozone depletion and also are bad for human’s health. If we all collaborate we could try to reduce this problem, we have the technology and the resources to do it. So why don’t we create a better world without pollution?

How advertisements affect today's society.

Nowadays we live in a consumer society in which we are more exposed to advertisement than ever before. We see advertisements everywhere, in magazines and newspapers, on the radio, on TV,on internet, in the mail, even over the phone. And this generate an impact over the society.

 Advertisements are a very useful way for the companies to show their products and to convince people that their products are better  than the ones that sell other companies. Marketing is one of the most important parts on a company and that’s why they spend a lot of money on the promotion of their products ,it helps them to make sure that people know the benefits of the products and to establish a corporate image. At first they provided valuable information about products and services, but in the last few year it has become in a way to exploit our deepest fears, attractions, needs, desires, goals and thoughts. Personally speaking an advertisement that I specially like is the commercial with the powerful slogan “Adidas is all in’’ , which is  the largest marketing campaign in the history of the brand, was launched in March 2011 and shows the unmistakable presence of Adidas in different sports, cultures and lifestyles and fuses the worlds of sport, music and fashion, under the image of incredible celebrities such as Lionel Messi, Derrick Rose, Katy Perry and B.O.B.

An important thing that we mustn’t forget is that good advertisements are done to capture the attention of the customers and try to make an impact on them , sometimes it doesn’t matter if the impact is good or bad, they just want you to create polemic and make people talk about the company or the products that they offer. Beside this , we can also find advertisements that are done for good, for make people think and realize about environmental issues, health habits or social differences.

To sum up, there are a lot of kind of adverts and commercials that are made to attract our attention and that is something that we can’t avoid , but want we can do is make our own decisions and don’t let a commercial blind us.
